Containing one of the most instantly recognizable intro sequences to a TV show ("Look up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!") George Reeves convincingly played Superman throughout the first season of the show and he returned to play the Man of Steel in all of the subsequent Seasons.
